About Byggstand

Byggstand is a collaborative platform for digitalization projects in the construction industry. The results are published on byggstand.no and will be openly available to everyone. The content can come from all aspects related to the logistics of the supply chain, including manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, contractors, and end customers.

Projects conducted within Byggstand will be coordinated with other standardization organizations related to the construction industry.

Mandate and role

  • Byggstand shall be the construction industry's digital information and competence center for digitization.

Byggstand shall develop standards, documentation, and guidelines.
  • Byggstand conducts projects initiated by the industry.
  • 
Byggstand shall contribute to the streamlining of the supply chain and logistics from manufacturer to end customer.
